I work independently as a psychotherapist, organisational consultant, trainer, university teacher and writer from a systemic and social constructionist base. Each aspect of my work provides a creative context for the other dimensions.
I am committed to connecting the task at hand with the building of effective and productive relationships with reference to a system's purposes.
I have particular expertise in providing reflexive frameworks and structures for conversation so that families, work groups and teams are enabled to communicate with purpose, relevance and respect about their core issues of concern.
