I work independently as a psychotherapist, organisational consultant, trainer, university teacher and writer from a systemic and social constructionist base. Each aspect of my work provides a creative context for the other dimensions. Christine Oliver
I am committed to connecting the task at hand with the building of effective and productive relationships with reference to a system's purposes.
I have particular expertise in providing reflexive frameworks and structures for conversation so that families, work groups and teams are enabled to communicate with purpose, relevance and respect about their core issues of concern.

consultancy for the Community of the Resurrection at Mirfield (Anglican religious community)
organisational consultancy and management training for International Alert (an NGO working with violent conflict in neglected war situations abroad)
